The Mind Mirror Retreat

A Meditation Retreat that Awakens Your Mind and Empowers Your Life.

Let your Brainwaves be Your Guide

Let your brain waves be your guide to a more satisfying meditation practice. Come join us for a relaxing weekend with the Mind Mirror EEG where you will learn how to perceive and identify your own brain waves and use them to improve the quality of your meditation.

What is the Mind Mirror?

The Mind Mirror is a special type of electroencephalograph (EEG) biofeedback device used in Awakened Mind Training. It measures and visually represents a meditator’s brainwave activities in different frequency bands. It presents brainwave states in easily recognized shapes or patterns. Specific patterns, such as the Awakened Mind State and the Evolved Mind, are associated with various subjective experiences. These can include relaxation, intuitive insight, spiritual connectedness, and deep meditation.

The Mind Mirror provides meditators direct visual feedback on their inner state of mind, consciousness, and meditation practice. It helps meditators understand how their mental, emotional, and spiritual experiences correlate with different states of consciousness shown in their brainwave patterns. With the guidance of our Awakened Mind coaches, you can adjust your approach, learn to deepen meditation and gain improved clarity, insight, intuition, relaxation, and spiritual understanding.
